High Fiber Quilt

"High Fiber Quilt" was selected for Quilt National '05. It is a quilt made without  fabric. The blocks are  re-purposed bread bags & the "bread slices/batting" is cut from foam rubber that has been hand-painted & embellished with wheat groats  The border is cut from straw placemats. It is hand-quilted with raffia.
