Inspired by a photo taken by a friend. Made from hand-dyed fabrics, commercial prints & a re-purposed silk necktie. The work is pieced and appliqued and quilted with a free-motion machine quilting. Part of Chandler, AZ Vision Gallery "Take a Hike" show. May-Aug 2021.
